Receiving a great service from before arrival is what made me rush into reviewing this hotel before our vacation was over. Now that it is over, I can say that the staff of Millennium Al Masar is the perfect reflection of what personalised 5-star service feels like. Everybody recognized us daily and knew of our preferences by heart. I would like to pay special thanks to the boys at the pool, life guard Hashim, who knew we what we needed daily during our pool time, for example a bow of tissues, and every time he saw us he was bringing what we wished for to us without waiting for us to ask. Also, Hashim Ashraf is the one who rushed into bringing us a bowl of rice when one of our phones dropped into the swimming pool. Both of these gentlemen were a huge contribution to making our vacation special and personal. Moreover, Mrs. Fatmah, the front office manager, was extremely friendly and helpful at all times, especially a day before departure when because the occupancy of the hotel allowed her to, she offered to help us with a late check-out as our flight back home was not until very late the next day. When we needed to find trips and nice beaches in Jeddah everybody came to our help, including the general manager, Mrs. Mashael. Reem and Razeed (front desk agent and concierge) were there for our needs finding locations outside the hotel. Mr. Hassanin from the concierge department was always greeting and welcoming us with a smile, which means a lot during your vacation. It is extremely nice to find a place where everybody knows what true luxury is and should feel like, and no matter how beautiful the hotel is, and it’s rooms, if the staff does not treat you right, it would be for nothing. Every time we would call housekeeping they would be right at our door with whatever we would ask for. Thank you Al Masar team for making our stay an unforgettable one.

The best thing about this hotel (and the hotel was amazing) was the staff. They could not do enough. A special thanks to Janeth and Daniel who went above and beyond. The hotel is still on a soft opening (it is just the top floor with the bar that is not complete, everything else is). The room was huge and well-equipped. The food was out of this world. The pool area was lovely. We never used the spa or gym. We were here for the Formula 1, but we took full advantage of the hotel in the mornings and when we got back late in the evenings, a steak sandwich and fries was always a welcome order, along with beautifully fresh pineapple juice. We hope to just pop back for the odd weekend of relaxation in the future. If we did, we probably wouldn't leave the hotel. This hotel made our trip extra special. Thank you to all of the staff at the Millenium Al Masar.

They let us checked in earlier than the check-in time. Comfort and location of the hotel, near Palestine Street and big restaurants in the area, short minute drive to Balad heritage site. Big size of the room compared to other hotels, nice bed and pillows. They have a coffee machine inside the room and standard bathroom amenities. Multi-level basement parking and more parking spaces around the vicinity of the hotel. Breakfast has many options, Arabic and Continental. Very courteous and attentive staff at the breakfast area, also the staff at their Cafe Lounge in the lobby. Also kudos to Mr Hashim at the gym and pool, very professional in giving exercise lessons to my wife. Looking forward to your Grand Opening and good luck.
